4 oz. bourbon
.75 oz simple syrup
2–4 dashes Angostura bitters
1 orange peel
ice – WHILE CLEAR CUBES ARE IDEAL, ANY ICE OF YOUR CHOOSING WORKS. HERES A LINK FOR A GREAT CUBED ICE MOLD.
Old Fashioned glass, chilled
Add an ice cube to the bottom of a cocktail mixing glass.
Take your orange peel and run it around the rim of a cocktail glass. Add a square cube to the bottom of the glass, along with two cherries.
In the cocktail pitcher, add the bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters. stir well.
Pour into the ice filled glass.
