Our Peninsula Project was one of our most transformative projects to date! This home started as a fraternity house. A long, narrow, row house in Newport Beach, CA, became a multi-generational family home. We took this diamond in the rough from Friday night keg parties to Saturday afternoon brunch on the rooftop deck!
Our team was involved in every detail from conception to completion. From constructions plans to furnishings, we collaborate on every detail. Our formula is user-friendly and keeps your project on track. We have devised an easy-to-follow formula for furnishing and styling selections. We communicate our design vision using inspiration boards that provide an overview for every room. Our goal is to ensure our design intent is fully communicated clearly and accurately as our clients begin to make important decisions. Spreadsheets for each room include all of the important deliverables so that clients have a clear picture of what is to be ordered.
On our full-scale projects, install and shoot days bring our designs to life! Our team styles and sets every room to be shot. Florals, candles, props, and accessories help to complete the vision and serve to create a feeling of home. It is a full day filled with lots of collaboration amongst our team as we set tables, arrange flowers, pillows, and accouterment in order to create the perfect photo-ready space! A talented photographer is always on hand to capture the essence of what we have created. Those beautiful, lifestyle photos eventually make their way to publication so that we can share the spaces we create with readers everywhere.
